It’s always fun when we get to have a themed group post. As stated in the name of this article, the guys and I looked to the Armoury’s Spring editorial for inspiration for our outfits during this past week.
Because this is a blog, and not a newspaper, I’ve decided to focus more on individual outfits and blog about them. Doing so creates more content for my readers and lets go more indepth on why I picked what I wore and how I came up with it! Without further ado, here’s Street x Sprezza’s first entry into our new weekly series “Inspiration for Less”. And who better to be inspired by than Chad Park?
It’s been an odd spring here in Southern California. The weather has been going up and down; at the time of writing this article, the weather was at the low 70s! Might not be bad for you East Coast people, but it’s definitely weird for us!
Thanks to the cooler weather, Rajesh and I took this opportunity to experiment with both layers and ball caps. It’s not the newest of trends, but it’s definitely something new for both of us. How do you think we did?
We used Part 1 to look at dapper day in the actual parks, but there was also some style at the Dapper Day expo! This was the place to go if you wanted to buy vintage items, get some cool accessories, or even swing dance. Standard shirt approached me to do a review of their shirt after they read my review on Indochino! Obviously, I jumped at the chance; who doesn’t like a crisp, white shirt?

Menswear has a few functional accessories that are definitely able to be used to step up your suit game. In this article, we’re going to look at some of my picks as my favourite types of menswear accessories.
Worn by stylish gents of the 1930s-40s, the double breasted jacket is a garment that just screams “vintage”. It’s still popular today among bespoke/classic menswear enthusiasts, but it still largely avoided by the mainstream menswear community. It could be the fact that it’s pretty hard to find good ones out in the wild. I’m here to tell you that this piece is worth the investment. It’s just so great.
